The Little Things

This morning at work this started to come from my kundalini and so I quickly jotted it down on a piece of scratch paper. As I was writing I was thinking to myself, but you have told me this before even though I recognised it was in as per usual a little different way with a little different language.

Never feel idle. There are so many things happening on so many levels. Do not discount the work being done. And if you can be of service, in any capacity, anywhere, jump right in. It is often in the little things that much is accomplished.

Before I could even finish my thought I glanced to my left and saw in what I had thought was the empty store I work in one of the homeless men that normally comes in and he was there just standing by the Tarot counter. He began to walk out very slowly and as he passed me I said hello and asked him how he was doing. He paused and I could see his hand was bandaged and he was limping and he said that he had fallen down by the dock earlier where some things were piled up there and had really hurt himself. He said he knew he was off today but didn’t realize how much till he had fallen. I asked him if there was anything I could do for him and he said he would just like to hang around a little longer, that I make him feel better sometimes when he comes in so he just wanted to see if coming in would help. I proceeded to do my thing and I could feel that my Kundalini would help him and at least comfort him and I asked her for healing for him. After a few more minutes I saw him going towards the door and I told him to come back if he needed to talk or anything and I hoped he would feel better. He turned and smiled a big grin and said, that’s ok I already feel a whole lot better, thank you. And off he went with a smile and he stood with his face towards the Sun for a minute or two and then left.
It is indeed as she said in the little things.
